I'm a big fan of sausages (yes, that's what I said), so I already knew that I would love Rosamunde.

What's on the menu: sausage. What's on tap: Belgian beer. Any place that single-minded about their menu must know what they're doing.

They had a wide selection of sausages and an even wider selection of beer. After several minutes of what I can only call glutton-inspired indecision, I finally picked the spicy lamb sausage topped with sauerkraut and onions, and asked the waitress to recommend a blonde beer to go with it. She suggested the Weihenstephan, so I went with it. The verdict: pretty damn good. Perfectly grilled sausage on a french roll, that went really well with a light, mild-flavored beer. My only regret was that I didn't order seconds.

Would I go back? I already did.

On my second trip, I had the beer sausage and had to stop myself from going for another round just because I was so curious about everything behind the counter. I left with a resolve to keep coming back until I try every single sausage on the menu. I have a feeling I won't regret it.
